Job Summary

Beloit College seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to lead design and creative services activities, generating high-quality work to support the college's academic mission, enrollment, and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement visual brand standards, ensuring consistency across all college communications.
  2. Collaborate with clients in enrollment, advancement, and the President's Office to design engaging digital and print materials.
  3. Provide design guidance to colleagues and student staff to fulfill photography, videography, and illustration needs.
  4. Oversee the college's photographic library and manage digital assets for internal clients.
  5. Work with the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer to evaluate and design campus banners and signage.
  6. Manage licensing efforts and approve artwork for retail items bearing Beloit College's licensed marks.
  7. Coordinate efforts to track client satisfaction and project outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate degree in art or communications, preferably in design.
  2. Five to seven years of professional design experience, with emphasis in digital execution and print design.
  3. Art and photo direction experience.
  4. Experience working with diverse populations and willingness to work with diverse populations.
  5. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
