- Possession of National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accredited certifications such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NCSF, NSCA, or WITS, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire (discounts and reimbursement available).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for fitness and health.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve issues.
- Exhibiting professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
