Job Title: Clinical Trainer

MyCareer+ is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team. As a Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for clinical staff, ensuring they are evidence-based and meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update training materials and curricula for clinical staff.
  • Lead dynamic training sessions, including workshops, seminars, and individualized coaching.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, HR, and other departments to identify training needs and align programs with organizational priorities.
  • Stay informed about clinical practices, regulatory changes, and innovative training methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and assist with audits or accreditation processes.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to clinical staff, especially new hires, to help them develop necessary skills and confidence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with prior experience in a training or instructional role highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Deep understanding of clinical practices, healthcare regulations, adult learning principles, and familiarity with training tools and technologies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications and experience in managing projects and processes.
