Qualifications:

  • Proven training and competency in managing safety protocols for cranes, fall protection, excavation, scaffolding, and heavy machinery.
  • Experience in leading teams through the safety planning process, including hands-on project experience.
  • Strong communication and listening skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Ability to assess team dynamics and adapt strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Effective team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate and enhance team morale.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Procore software is preferred.
