Job Title: Pediatric Cardiology RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Cardiology RN to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Pediatric Cardiology RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to children with cardiac conditions, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to children with cardiac conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with our team of cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical exams, medical histories, and laboratory results.
  • Develop and implement education plans for patients and families, ensuring they understand their condition and treatment options.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • 1+ year of experience in pediatric cardiology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
