Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Cardiology Nurse to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our young patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients with cardiac conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric cardiology and nursing practice.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • One year of experience in pediatric cardiology or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric cardiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
