**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and training
  • Utilize the deployment chart to effectively position the team and ensure seamless execution of operations
  • Manage and organize the line, delegate duties to team members, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Make guests happy by providing great service, resolving complaints, and promoting sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of in-store promotions
  • Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift, and complete daily cash handling procedures
  • Complete additional e-learning as required and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

  • Great communication skills to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Must have a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to train and coach others
