Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing and Financial Management: Process patient bills and insurance claims, manage follow-ups for denied claims, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Oversight: Supervise billing-related office operations, manage supplies, and organize billing documentation.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Handle scheduling for billing inquiries and meetings, and coordinate with departments to address billing issues.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between patients, insurance companies, and staff.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure billing practices meet healthcare regulations and assist in audits to maintain accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
