Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare US GAAP financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and P&L (cash flow) statements.
  • Assist with month-end close duties related to financial reporting.
  • Support technical accounting, including research on ASC606 and ASC842.
  • Implement changes to the organization, interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Deal with company acquisitions or unusual transactions, requiring technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
  • Complete special ad-hoc requests from leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SEC reporting and/or audit.
  • Technical expertise in ASC606 and ASC842, including accounting standard updates and research.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Excel, and other major ERP systems.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
