Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Professional to join our team at Lone Star Tol and Fastener in the Hill Country area. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include servicing customers with onsite sales and maintenance of tools for new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating customer needs, and negotiating successful deals.

Your primary goal will be to develop strong relationships with our customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, build rapport, and drive sales growth.

A key aspect of this role is being able to move around and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, making it essential to be physically fit. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have previous experience in outside sales, and are bi-lingual. A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and self-motivation are also crucial for success in this role.

As a Field Sales Professional, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities:
