Job Title: Reservations Agent - Member Services Liaison

The Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our Member Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our resort members, handling reservations, and ensuring seamless communication between members and resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries regarding reservations, dining, and resort services
  • Provide accurate and timely information to members regarding resort facilities, hours of operation, and services
  • Act as a liaison between members and resort operations, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with special events and holiday celebrations, ensuring a seamless experience for members
  • Participate in sales training activities to increase amenity usage and department revenue
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in a related field desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and resort staff
  • Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
