We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nexus Enterprises in a part-time capacity (20 hours). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Service Office team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation of calculations and offers, and independently prepare related statistics and evaluations
- Manage and maintain contract data, and monitor order and follow-up tasks
- Prepare and follow-up on selected business transactions, meetings, and events, and create presentations and protocols
- Support sales activities and contribute to the organization of business trips and events
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, handle correspondence, and outgoing mail
- Ensure necessary communication and information among all parties involved in business transactions
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in the field
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in common applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong affinity for numbers and experience in handling numerical data
- Hands-on mentality and value teamwork
- Independent, structured work and high focus on quality
- Strong communication skills
