About the Role

Hello Innovation is a dynamic and innovative company that is changing the world with its products. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team in achieving our goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing materials for meetings. Additionally, they will assist with special projects and initiatives, and provide general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing materials for meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, and provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
