The executive team responsible for building this firm consists of seasoned private equity operators and represents an elite group. Previous GM hires have included high-performing veterans with exceptional leadership capabilities and superior execution skills. Military backgrounds include leaders from Special Forces, Ranger Regiment, the nuclear Navy, USMC Infantry, and MARSOC, among others.

Position Details:

This role presents an opportunity to serve as a General Manager for one of the company's partner brands. The GM will manage all facets of a location's daily operations; they will be the central figure for the entire business. The GM will drive growth, monitor performance metrics, foster an outstanding workplace culture, and develop all staff and management, continuously striving to be a world-class operator and empowering others to achieve the same.

You will be accountable for the complete operating profit and loss of a designated area in the continental United States and will be tasked with driving organic business growth. You will receive support from regional presidents, partner services teams at the holding company level, and CEOs of adjacent businesses.
