Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide administrative support to the CEO and other members of the executive team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other members of the executive team
  • Attend meetings and take notes, and connect in real-time with related program documents in Google Workspace
  • Attend events on behalf of the CEO as needed
  • Drive to pick up and drop off needed supplies or materials

  • Answer phones and respond to emails

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
