Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide administrative support to the CEO and other members of the executive team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other members of the executive team
- Attend meetings and take notes, and connect in real-time with related program documents in Google Workspace
- Attend events on behalf of the CEO as needed
- Drive to pick up and drop off needed supplies or materials
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Handle confidential correspondence
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Perform other duties as assigned, working with the CEO to complete top-priority tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
