Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer/Business Development Manager to join our team at Komline-Haselden. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including sales calls, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and attend industry events.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth or new market development.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
