Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute innovative and age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage exploration and learning among preschool-aged children.
  • Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn through play.
  • Incorporate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to enhance communication skills and instill a love for reading.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom setting, ensuring that materials and play areas are conducive to learning.
  • Engage in open communication with parents, providing insights and updates regarding their child's progress and development.
Qualifications
  • Must fulfill the criteria to be a lead educator as determined by the relevant state agency.
  • Comprehensive understanding of child behavioral and developmental stages, along with knowledge of childcare licensing regulations.
  • Strong classroom management skills, including effective organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and problem-solving abilities.
