Scope of WorkAs a Registered Nurse on our 5 North unit, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, with a focus on patient-centered principles and evidence-based practice. You will also be responsible for educating patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention, and for documenting patient care in a clear and concise manner.

- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- At least one year of acute care experience required; two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role preferred.
