Our 38-bed medical-surgical unit provides comprehensive care to a diverse range of patients, including those with diabetes, renal failure, and other complex medical conditions. Scope of Work

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Our RNs work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized care, promoting patient autonomy and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in nursing required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required within five years.
  • Graduates from non-accredited nursing schools must have at least one year of acute care experience or two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role, and must have passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
