Endeavor Streaming is a global leader in premium video distribution for live and on-demand content across sports, entertainment, media, and lifestyle. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support our VP, Segment Controller, in managing all aspects of financial reporting and control of our business.
This role will work closely with our operational business and collaborate with our wider finance network, both in the US and outside of the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly/quarterly close processes, accruals, journal entries, and inter-company journal entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly/quarterly close process, accruals, journal entries, and inter-company journal entries.
- Prepare monthly B/S and P/L variance analysis and related supporting schedules.
- Prepare all B/S reconciliations.
- Collaborate with our shared service center in India with regards to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and transactional management accounting.
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasting submissions, obtain payment approvals, set up wires, and ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Prepare quarterly commission payment calculation for review and approval.
- Conduct monthly customer settlements.
- Review new customer agreements to determine billable items and proper revenue recognition.
- Ensure invoices created for all fixed and variable fees are accurate and done on time.
- Perform and comply with internal controls and policies to ensure conformance and compliance with internal financial controls, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other statutory requirements.
- Support the Segment Controller and local teams with the year-end and interim audits as well as the preparation of the statutory accounts.
- Work closely with the intercompany team to ensure inter-company balances match and resolve issues proactively.
- Assist with any projects and additional ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Strong track record in delivering to tight deadlines and leading by example.
- Solution-oriented attitude and 'can-do' spirit.
- Pro-active and self-motivated individual, able to drive continuous improvement.
- Recent SaaS General Ledger experience - SAP strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Ability to partner with and support other functions (i.e. tax, legal, compliance) and operate in a diverse, global environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Hiring Range Minimum: $82,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum: $110,000 annually
