Boys & Girls Aid is seeking a full-time Supportive Housing Liaison for its young adult housing initiative in Beaverton. Are you an effective communicator capable of establishing and nurturing positive connections with young adults and community stakeholders? Do you desire flexible working hours and independence in your role? If so, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
This position within the Housing Services team offers a competitive salary starting at $23.00-$24.00 per hour. We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, AD&D insurance, flexible time off, holiday pay, an employee assistance program, and a 403(b) retirement plan with a 4% organizational contribution after six months of employment. Additionally, our agency is eligible for Student Loan Forgiveness.

A DAY IN THE ROLE OF SUPPORTIVE HOUSING LIAISON
As a Supportive Housing Liaison, your rewarding responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating the needs of young adults seeking housing stability.
- Collaborating with young adults to develop housing plans that align with their goals.
- Identifying housing resources and cultivating relationships with property owners, management companies, and landlords.
- Assisting young adults in achieving independence in their homes and communities through crisis intervention, counseling, and life skills development.
- Maintaining connections with a network of community partners to support young adults' progress.
- Making a significant impact in the lives of young adults, providing a profound sense of purpose in your work.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOUSING CASE MANAGER
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field coupled with two years of pertinent experience.
- Personal experience in any aspect of young adult case management is regarded as a valuable asset.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
