Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all processing activities on the Rheon Line to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Verify the texture of the dough to ensure product units develop as expected through the processing system.
  • Set and verify process line control parameters to specifications.
  • Monitor controls to ensure product quality meets specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) are adhered to by employees.
  • Communicate with Lead Baker on dough conditions and quantity.
  • Record Quality Control checks accurately and timely.
  • Weigh units to ensure product weight meets specifications.
  • Enter data correctly and accurately for proper reporting in SAP.
  • Operate Rheon Line process controls panels and perform adjustments as necessary.
  • Plan, direct, organize, and coordinate daily activities at the Rheon Line.
  • Provide clear instructions and directions to subordinates.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Rheon operator.
  • Ability to write clearly and legibly and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English.
