Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all processing activities on the Rheon Line to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and assign subordinates to work tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate performance.
  • Verify the texture of the dough to ensure product units develop as expected through the processing system.
  • Set and verify that process line control parameters are to specifications.
  • Monitor controls to ensure the product meets specifications.
  • Assure flour dusters are maintained and filled at all times.
  • Monitor batch containers on the floor to ensure they do not exceed line capacity.
  • Continuously monitor line subordinates to ensure they perform job tasks to quality specifications and standards.
  • Verify targeted units per proofer trays meet target specifications.
  • Assure mechanical line moving parts function as expected, reporting any malfunctions or potential failures to the supervisor.
  • Assure the Rheon Line and workstations are maintained clean, organized, and safe for work.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) by employees.
  • Communicate with Lead Baker on dough conditions and quantity.
  • Record Quality Control checks accurately and timely.
  • Continuously weigh units to ensure the product meets weight specifications.
  • Ensure all data entries are entered correctly and accurately for proper reporting in SAP.
  • Understand and operate Rheon Line process controls panels, making accurate adjustments when necessary.
  • Plan, direct, organize, and coordinate daily activities at the Rheon Line.
  • Provide precise and clear instructions and directions to subordinates.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Rheon operator.
  • Ability to write clearly and legibly and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English.
