Job Summary

As a Rheon Relief Operator at Aspire Bakeries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Rheon Line. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all processing activities on the Rheon Line, ensuring that line parameters meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, verifying that they perform their duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve production goals and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Rheon Line and workstations, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Record Quality Control checks accurately and timely, and ensure that all data entries are correct and up-to-date for proper reporting in SAP.
  • Understand and operate Rheon Line process controls panels, making accurate adjustments as needed.
  • Plan, direct, organize, and coordinate daily activities at the Rheon Line, providing clear instructions and directions to subordinates.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Rheon operator.
  • Ability to write clearly and legibly, and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English.
