Job Summary

The Relief Operator position plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Final forming of products to specifications
  • Slicing product tops to specification
  • Monitoring product quality on Proofer plates
  • Aligning product on Proofer plates for efficiency
  • Performing general sanitation cleanup of Proofer workstations and oven areas
  • Assisting Oven Operator with process control of Proof Box and Oven
  • Awareness of Lockout/Tagout procedures and adherence to GMP's
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 6 months of experience as an operator
  • Ability to write clearly and legibly and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English
  • Ability to work with computers, operating screens, and company data entry software

Shift: 1st (must work weekends)
