Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Job Summary
The Client Services Manager is a key role at Nimble Solutions, responsible for the overall management, servicing, and profitability of assigned client accounts. This position requires a strong background in physician revenue cycle management, including experience in accounts receivable, coding, and payer contracting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of third-party billing and claims processing procedures, as well as experience using Practice Management and EMR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to inquiries and engaging in regular client interaction via email, conference calls, and in-person visits.
- Interface with client service staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation, analysis, and presentation of client deliverables.
- Proactively identify potential problems with client performance and develop plans to eliminate future occurrences.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on billing effectiveness and cash flow, making recommendations to increase productivity and profitability.
- Remain current on payment trends and coding and payer requirement changes, acting upon variances to explain, correct, or enact desired process improvements.
- Generate client standard and ad hoc reports, including commentary on the value Nimble Solutions provides to clients.
Requirements
- Solid background in physician revenue cycle management, including at least two years in accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting.
- ASC billing experience preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures, including a solid understanding of the current regulatory environment.
- Experience using Practice Management and EMR systems as it relates to production and client reporting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence, must be proactive.
- Proven client relationship skills, must be able to work effectively with physicians and senior management.
Logistics
- Participates in departmental, training, and staff meetings.
- Adhere to all compliance and company policies and procedures.
- Travel up to 20%.
