Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist with Andwell Health Partners, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing innovative and compassionate healthcare services in the comfort of their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide physical therapy services to clients according to the standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client's age, condition, and needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge and case management skills to coordinate client home care needs in collaboration with the client, family, physician, other providers, and pay sources towards outcomes promoting client independence and well-being.
Requirements:
• Bachelors, Masters, and/or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current PT license in the State of Maine.
• Current CPR card required.
• 1-year Physical Therapy experience preferred. Home health experience preferred.
• A reliable car with insurance.
