Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, formulating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring functionality, alleviating discomfort, and preventing disability due to medical conditions, injuries, or surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all facets of patient care in alignment with the standards set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- This role is designated for a per diem physical therapist to address both inpatient and outpatient requirements as necessary.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
- Previous experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards and legal regulations regarding health information is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective interaction with patients, medical staff, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer applications is necessary.
