Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Andwell Health Partners.

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to clients in their homes and communities. You will work closely with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized plans of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate plans of care that incorporate goals consistent with the client's age, condition, and needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Work 30 hours per week, with compensation for 36 hours.

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Maine.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • 1-year Physical Therapy experience preferred, with home health experience a plus.
  • A reliable vehicle with insurance.
