Position Overview:
The HVAC Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive execution of HVAC installations on designated projects.

This role reports directly to the General Superintendent and entails managing field personnel, coordinating labor efforts, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality installation practices are adhered to on-site.
- Review project submittals for precision and adherence to specifications.
- Identify and communicate potential change orders to the General Superintendent and Project Manager.
- Possess experience with various systems including chilled water, hot water, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, and sheet metal installations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment.
- Assist Project Managers with job forecasting, delivery coordination, and participation in cost reviews.
- Schedule and allocate manpower effectively for project needs.
- Supervise and mentor 1-2 foremen as required.
- Interpret and apply plumbing and HVAC schematics for installation purposes.
- Collaborate with General Contractors and Superintendents to plan and coordinate on-site activities.
- Perform material take-offs and ensure timely ordering of tools, materials, and equipment to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate coordination of installations among various trades.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies among all on-site personnel.
- Monitor labor reporting, conduct job cost assessments, and prepare timesheets and two-week forecasts in collaboration with General Contractors.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project completion within budget and timeline constraints.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Supervisor.
- At least 8 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, ideally managing projects valued up to $5 million.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Familiarity with software tools such as BIM360, Box, Blue Beam, and Procore is preferred.

Education and Certification Requirements:
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
