Job Description:

This Dental Office Director position leads the office in all operational aspects, supporting doctors in creating lasting impressions and building trust with patients. The successful candidate will participate in an extensive ten-week training program, gaining business and leadership knowledge to succeed within our organization.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, and government regulations.">
  • Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff.">
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical teams, verifying insurance payment and collection to ensure high-quality care.">
  • Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plans to support business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability.">
  • Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to level-set expectations, optimizing patient experience and business performance.">
  • Additional tasks as required.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a minimum of one year of managing direct reports, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a people-centric leader who motivates and inspires others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
