As a House Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing units, providing exceptional patient care, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in med-surg or related nursing area upon hire.
