Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- National Certification in med-surg or related nursing area upon hire.
