About the Role:

As a House Supervisor RN at Providence Portland Medical Center, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. This leadership role requires a skilled and compassionate nurse who can effectively manage and coordinate the activities of the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
