The Opportunity

This role supports the development and execution of effective, customer-centric consumer marketing programs rooted in insight-led Marketing Briefs. You will support global content development across the ideal customer experience, leading the implementation of global templates, standards, and evergreen content in collaboration with digital comms, area marketing and marketing ops.

  • Drive and own the successful execution of product and campaign launches and on-market messaging.
  • Act as a key contact for consumer and product communications with marketing agency partners.
  • Ensure Brand visual and verbal consistency in messaging across consumer marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy internal marketing research and testing initiatives.
What You'll Work On
  • Solid omnichannel marketing and diabetes experience and expertise.
  • Ability to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • High learning agility, adaptability, and comfort with complexity and ambiguity.
  • High customer centricity / customer-first orientation.
  • Depth of experience in developing strategic marketing programs with an eye toward executional excellence in delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years related experience, with at least two years of experience in marketing, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Marketing product/brand marketing experience.
  • 2 in either health care/OTC marketing; or consumer packaged goods marketing; or a combination of the two preferred.

  • Self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates good executive presence.
  • Strong demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence partners in other functional areas.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
