Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Services

At Spin Master, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Services to join our team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive aggressive sales goals and deliver best-in-class consumer experiences across digital, social, influencer, and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the integrated marketing services team in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and deliver consumer experiences.
- Partner with key stakeholders across brand, marketing, licensing, and creative to develop impactful social strategies that deliver on business objectives.
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of social channels targeting parents, shoppers, and collectors and fans, capitalizing on trends, driving direct commerce, and fueling engagement.
- Present strategies and plans to Senior Leaders and Licensors.
- Partner with brand, operations, and PR teams to develop high-impact event activations for key events, including toy fairs, fan conventions, theatrical premieres, etc.
- Responsible for budget and operational management for integrated marketing services team, including contract review, vendor set-up, invoicing, and tracking to ensure corporate compliance.
- Drive influencer strategy, ensuring strong agency partnerships and best practices.
- Manage a small team of social media, influencer, and experiential marketers.
- Collaborate closely with the brand, insights, and marketing teams to develop and share key analytics, reporting, and campaign measurement tracking against core brand metrics and sales targets.
- Experience in digital marketing in entertainment, retail, CPG, or ad agency.
- Experience in channel management and social media marketing.
- Experience in marketing to kids and families.
- MBA a plus.
- Deep understanding of the fast-evolving digital content and social space, including best practices and emerging platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior executives and peers across a fast-paced and innovative culture.
- Ability to thrive in situations reacting in real-time to capitalize on social trends.
