About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team of healthcare professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience in NICU care, primary care, and/or neurodevelopmental care. As a Neonatal Follow Up Nurse Practitioner, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical support services for pediatric medical programs across MultiCare and interface with primary care practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to neonates and their families in the outpatient setting
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program, masters or doctoral degree preferred
  • Training and/or experience in diagnosing and working with pediatric patients with a history of perinatal concerns including prematurity, genetic syndromes, and congenital conditions
  • Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
  • Board certified by the time of employment
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $136,984 - $185,795 annually. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and retirement benefits, as well as paid time off.
