**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at MultiCare Health System. The ideal candidate will have experience in NICU care, primary care, and/or neurodevelopmental care. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide clinical support services for pediatric medical programs across MultiCare and interfaces with primary care practices.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree from a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program and be licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment. Board certification is also required. A current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association is necessary.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with Mary Bridge Providers and Staff to ensure seamless care coordination.

Compensation: $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 per year
