Job Description

This role requires a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to neonates and their families in the outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

Requirements
  • Graduate of a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program, masters or doctoral degree preferred
  • Training and/or experience in diagnosing and working with pediatric patients with a history of perinatal concerns including prematurity, genetic syndromes, and congenital conditions
  • Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
  • Board certified by the time of employment
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

We offer a competitive salary range of $136,984 - $185,795 annually, comprehensive benefits package, and paid time off.
