Role Summary
Essential Qualifications
- Completion of High School or equivalent GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Machine Shop Operations
- This position is limited to U.S. persons due to access to export-controlled technology. Verification of status will be required prior to employment.
- Willingness and capability to utilize basic hand tools and measurement instruments (e.g., dial calipers, rulers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, gauges, etc.) as necessary within the department.
- Fundamental understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation.
- Prior experience in machine shop operations.
- Operate CNC machinery.
- Handle various types and sizes of single and multiple spindle operations (including drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, spot facing, countersinking, etc.).
- Employ all necessary tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to execute operations.
- Work with precise tolerances and high-quality finishes.
- Conduct tool offsets and load components.
- Fulfill job duties in accordance with internal process specifications and third-party standards.
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
- Engage in team initiatives.
- Receive mentorship from seasoned colleagues.

- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing machine shop environment.
- Education and/or training in machine shop operations.
- Experience in a self-directed team setting.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
