Position Overview

Role Summary

Essential Qualifications
  • Completion of High School or equivalent GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Machine Shop Operations
  • This position is limited to U.S. persons due to access to export-controlled technology. Verification of status will be required prior to employment.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Willingness and capability to utilize basic hand tools and measurement instruments (e.g., dial calipers, rulers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, gauges, etc.) as necessary within the department.
  • Fundamental understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation.
  • Prior experience in machine shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machinery.
  • Handle various types and sizes of single and multiple spindle operations (including drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, spot facing, countersinking, etc.).
  • Employ all necessary tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to execute operations.
  • Work with precise tolerances and high-quality finishes.
  • Conduct tool offsets and load components.
  • Fulfill job duties in accordance with internal process specifications and third-party standards.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Engage in team initiatives.
  • Receive mentorship from seasoned colleagues.
  • This position is limited to U.S. persons due to access to export-controlled technology. Verification of status will be required prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing machine shop environment.
  • Education and/or training in machine shop operations.
  • Experience in a self-directed team setting.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
The compensation for this role is competitive. This position also qualifies for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of the base salary/commission structure.
