Job Overview:
As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by ensuring the precise and efficient operation of CNC machinery.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in machine shop operations
- This position is limited to U.S. persons due to access to export-controlled technology. Proof of status will be required prior to employment.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., dial calipers, rulers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, gauges)
- Fundamental understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation
- Prior experience in machine shop operations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery effectively
- Handle various types and sizes of single and multiple spindle operations, including drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, and countersinking
- Utilize all necessary tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to perform tasks
- Maintain close tolerances and achieve fine finishes
- Execute tool offsets and load parts as required
- Adhere to internal process specifications and third-party requirements
- Employ proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and receive guidance from experienced personnel.

Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Education or training in machine shop operations
- Experience in a self-directed team setting
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate of $20.60/hour
