We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at GE Aviation. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts with high precision and accuracy
  • Set up and adjust CNC machines to meet production requirements
  • Monitor and maintain CNC machine performance to ensure optimal production
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
  • Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in machine shop operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in machine shop operations
  • Education and/or training in machine shop operations
  • Experience in a self-directed team environment
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge
