Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join our team. This role involves operating CNC machinery and ensuring precision in various machining processes.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Machine Shop Operations
- This position is limited to U.S. persons due to access to export-controlled technology. Proof of status will be required prior to employment.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., dial calipers, rulers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, gauges)
- Fundamental understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation
- Prior experience in machine shop operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery with precision
- Handle various operations including drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, spot facing, and countersinking
- Utilize necessary tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges for operations
- Maintain close tolerances and achieve fine finishes
- Perform tool offsets and load parts as required
- Adhere to internal process specifications and third-party requirements
- Follow safety procedures and utilize proper PPE
- Collaborate with team members and receive guidance from experienced personnel.

Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Education or training in machine shop operations
- Experience in a self-directed team setting
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
