This role is primarily accountable for addressing the needs of our members in the lobby. The main duty is to apply The Member Advantage sales and service principles while welcoming and assisting members, delivering personalized service in a consultative manner. This position serves as an entry point to Wauna and will consistently recommend products and services to members to aid in achieving Credit Union objectives, although meeting sales targets is not mandatory. Responsibilities include assisting members with: transactions and inquiries; deposit and loan accounts and services; and escalating complaints, member-related issues, procedural and policy concerns, and account discrepancies to the relevant supervisor or department. This is a non-exempt role.
