Position OverviewThe Counselor II provides therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families as assigned. Duties may vary per location/department.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments as a part of the diagnostic process
- Review ongoing delivery of services and identify individual client needs and diagnoses substance use and/or mental health disorders
- Conduct individual, family, and group sessions to provide therapeutic treatment and behavior modification using evidence-based practice to assist clients in reaching treatment goals
- Assist in case management and coordination of community resources to meet client needs
Master's degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college required. Work experience in a behavioral or mental health setting preferred.
Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Working ConditionsThis position works in an office environment.
This position is in-person, in an outpatient setting.
This position may be hybrid (with the option of 1 day WFH) depending on schedule and business needs.
