As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, fostering superior quality patient care, and standardizing clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical oversight in the delivery of behavioral health services across multiple service areas, programs, and overall service delivery sites.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to support clinical care services.
- Lead and manage the clinical leadership team and all clinical staff through recruitment, retention, mentoring, coaching, and supervision.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) to ensure continuity of care and promote inter-departmental collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure highly effective and efficient care delivery.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other related human service field.
- Valid and unrestricted Georgia Driver's License.
- Pass the State's Background Criminal Investigation (BCI) and digital fingerprint clearance.
- Must pass a substance abuse screening upon employment.
