Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical oversight in the delivery of behavioral health services across multiple service areas, programs, and overall service delivery sites.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to support clinical care services.
  • Lead and manage the clinical leadership team and all clinical staff through recruitment, retention, mentoring, coaching, and supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) to ensure continuity of care and promote inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure highly effective and efficient care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other related human service field.
  • Valid and unrestricted Georgia Driver's License.
  • Pass the State's Background Criminal Investigation (BCI) and digital fingerprint clearance.
  • Must pass a substance abuse screening upon employment.
