Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Clinical Officer to join our executive leadership team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership to our experienced staff of Clinical Directors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our Clinical Directors and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies and programs to meet clinical benchmarks for quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with our Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operations Officer to ensure seamless integration of clinical and operational services.
  • Partner with our affiliates to ensure continuity of care and advocate for decreasing health disparities and improving population health.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to support clinical care services.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, organization standards, and policies and procedures affecting the agency.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human service field.
  • Full licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
  • 10 years of related experience in public behavioral health or community program development, with experience in an integrated healthcare setting.
  • Five years of experience providing management-level clinical leadership and supervision to staff.
