Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team at General Technologies, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for monitoring daily operations, evaluating planning procedures, and mitigating risks to improve safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and other government agencies by staying up-to-date with new or updated safety regulations and updating company policies accordingly.
  • Create, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs, including an emergency action plan, fire prevention, hazard communication, and personal protective equipment programs.
  • Assess equipment and machinery to ensure they are in safe working order and manage safety training with all personnel to reduce on-the-job injuries.
  • Conduct regular inspections for equipment, housekeeping, personal protective equipment, and more, ensuring managers are trained on what safety measures to look for.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HSE professional role.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required; must be willing to learn.

Estimated Salary:

$75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on location and experience.
