Job Overview

Promote and sell our extensive portfolio of promotional products to clients and prospects within the designated territory.

This outside sales role requires effective communication, relationship-building, and territory management skills to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Develop Leads:
    • Identify and engage potential clients through research, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
    • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to reach new customers and increase sales revenue.
  2. Foster Client Relationships:
    • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Offer tailored solutions and provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.
  3. Drive Business Growth:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and company initiatives.
  4. Manage Territory:
    • Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of the designated sales territory, including key accounts, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize territory potential and achieve sales goals.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
