Our sales team and customer service department are dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our clients. A representative will assist with inventory monitoring and maintenance, while our customer service staff is available to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Develop Leads:
    • Research and identify potential clients and businesses within the designated territory.
    • Conduct cold calls and in-person meetings to introduce our promotional products and services.
    • Develop and maintain a robust prospecting strategy to generate new leads and opportunities.
  2. Foster Client Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Offer tailored solutions and provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.
  3. Drive Business Growth:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and company initiatives.
  4. Manage Territory:
    • Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of the designated sales territory, including key accounts, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize territory potential and achieve sales goals.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
