  • 3+ years of experience in training delivery, with a focus on leadership and behavioral skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a safe learning environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications from Insights Discovery, or equivalent.
